Project BRIXTON

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in a block of flats created in the 1950s initially for prison wardens was converted to a an open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The last bedroom was transformed in to a mesmerising open-space walk-in wardrobe that is connected to large double bedroom. The kitchen was closed off from the hallway to gain additional storage space and opened up to the living room to create an airy bright area. The bathroom was extended and modernised to create two shower-rooms providing individual facilities to each bedroom.
Project WEMBLEY RE-NOVATION

This 1930s house built had a double side extension, and 1st floor rear extension that we completed in 1990s. We then did a complete refurbishment of the entire property adding a loft conversion and underfloor heating on the ground level. To open the ground level we installed steel beams, converted the garage to a chic kitchen and added a bar as a fashionable finish to the living area. Durable Kardean flooring was installed due to is durability and style. The loft conversion has become extremely spacious with an ensuite and office area along with a private bedroom.
This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has been completed to a high elegant standard, comfortable for the owners with new heating and plumbing technology.
Project BROMLEY LANDSCAPE

After completing the renovation of the house interior, the garden was the next area to focus efforts. A new pathway and gazebo was created for a stunning landscape that compliments the rest of the house.
